Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 10, 2026
Welcome to TAPORCU. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the TAPORCU online store and the purchase of products through our website.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions to the extent that they are legally applicable.
These Terms and Conditions are intended for customers in Germany and other European countries and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable German and European consumer protection law.
1. Seller Information
The online store is operated under the name:
TAPORCU
Schwanseestraße 69A
81549 München-Obergiesing-Fasangarten
Germany
Phone: +49 178 3481689
Email: aboutus@taporcu.store
Website: taporcu.store
Please note that the legal company name and additional mandatory business information, where applicable, are provided in our Imprint (Impressum).
2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store.
They apply primarily to contracts between TAPORCU and consumers purchasing products for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or professional activities.
If you are acting as a business or commercial customer, different contractual provisions may apply where expressly agreed.
Mandatory consumer protection rights under German or European law remain unaffected by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Products and Product Information
We offer home and lifestyle products through our online store.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications, colors and other information are accurate.
However:
- Colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.
- Product images may contain decorative elements that are not included with the purchased product.
- Product dimensions and specifications are provided according to the information available to us.
- Minor differences in appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes or materials.
Such differences do not affect mandatory statutory consumer rights.
4. Availability of Products
All products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
If we are unable to fulfill an order because the product is unavailable, we may cancel the affected order and refund payments already made for that product.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
5. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are stated in euros (€), unless otherwise indicated.
Where applicable, prices include statutory VAT.
Any additional shipping or delivery charges will be clearly indicated before you submit your order.
The total amount payable will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is placed.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or technical errors. If an obvious error affects the price of a product and a contract has not yet been legally concluded, we may correct the error.
If an obvious pricing error has resulted in an order being accepted, we will contact you and explain the situation.
6. Ordering Process
To place an order, you generally:
- Select the desired product;
- Add the product to your shopping cart;
- Review the contents of your cart;
- Enter the required billing and delivery information;
- Select an available payment method;
- Review the order details;
- Submit the order through the designated order button.
Before submitting your order, you have the opportunity to review and correct entered information.
By submitting an order through the designated payment/order button, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The wording of the final order button will indicate the payment obligation in accordance with applicable law.
7. Contract Formation
The presentation of products on our website does not necessarily constitute a legally binding offer.
A contract is formed when your order is accepted by TAPORCU or when the ordered goods are dispatched, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
An automated order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order unless expressly stated otherwise.
If your order is not accepted, any payment already received will be refunded.
8. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will normally receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
The confirmation may contain:
- Order number
- Products purchased
- Prices
- Shipping costs
- Delivery information
- Billing information
- Payment information
- Other relevant contractual information
You should keep this confirmation for your records.
9. Payment
We offer one or more payment methods through our online checkout.
Available payment methods may include, depending on the options displayed at checkout:
- Credit or debit card
- PayPal
- Other electronic payment methods
- Other payment services made available through the website
Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers.
The payment method available to you and any applicable conditions will be displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to limit or change available payment methods where permitted by law.
10. Delivery
We deliver products to the countries and destinations indicated on our website.
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Destination
- Product availability
- Shipping method
- Carrier
- Public holidays
- Unforeseeable circumstances
If a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed, that agreement remains applicable.
Where delivery is delayed, you retain all mandatory rights available under applicable law.
11. Delivery Delays
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will provide appropriate information where required.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Transport disruptions
- Strikes
- Government restrictions
- War or similar extraordinary events
- Major technical failures
- Other unforeseeable events outside our reasonable control
This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
12. Transfer of Risk
For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage generally transfers to the consumer when the goods are delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer who is not the carrier, subject to applicable statutory law.
We will not contractually transfer consumer delivery risks in a manner that unlawfully restricts mandatory consumer rights.
13. Legal Warranty and Defective Products
Your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products remain fully applicable.
If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, consumers may have statutory rights including, depending on the circumstances:
- Repair;
- Replacement;
- Price reduction;
- Contract termination/refund.
Under EU consumer law, goods are generally subject to a minimum two-year legal guarantee against defects, subject to the applicable national rules and circumstances.
We will not exclude or restrict mandatory statutory rights through these Terms and Conditions.
If you believe that a product is defective, please contact us at:
Email: aboutus@taporcu.store
Please provide your order number and, where useful, photographs or a description of the issue so that we can assess the matter efficiently.
14. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions.
For purchases of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer or a designated third party receives the goods.
This statutory right is separate from any voluntary return policy we may offer.
The details of the statutory withdrawal procedure, including applicable exceptions, are provided in our separate Withdrawal Policy / Widerrufsbelehrung.
The statutory 14-day withdrawal right is provided for by German and EU consumer law.
15. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in every situation.
Depending on the specific product and circumstances, legal exceptions may apply, including certain goods:
- Made according to the consumer’s specifications;
- Clearly personalized;
- That are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- That are sealed and unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been removed;
- That become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
Only legally applicable exceptions will be relied upon.
German law provides specific exceptions to the withdrawal right under §312g BGB.
16. Return of Products Following Withdrawal
If you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must generally return the relevant goods without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, the consumer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods where the consumer was properly informed of this obligation before entering into the contract.
For unusually large or bulky products, applicable information concerning estimated return costs will be provided where required.
EU consumer rules specifically require consumers to be informed in advance when they are expected to bear return costs.
17. Refunds Following Withdrawal
Where a consumer validly withdraws from a contract, we will refund payments received in accordance with applicable law.
The refund generally includes the standard delivery costs paid for the original delivery, subject to statutory rules.
Where the consumer selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, we are generally not required to refund the additional cost resulting from that choice.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until the consumer provides evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
18. Consumer Responsibility for Handling Returned Goods
During the withdrawal period, consumers may handle and inspect goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Where permitted by applicable law, the consumer may be liable for a reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
This does not restrict the consumer’s statutory withdrawal rights.
19. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Email: aboutus@taporcu.store
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before dispatch.
However, cancellation before dispatch is not guaranteed if the order has already entered processing or has already been dispatched.
Your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
20. Customer Accounts
Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login credentials confidential.
You should notify us if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate an account where there is a legitimate reason, including:
- Fraudulent activity;
- Unauthorized use;
- Serious violation of these Terms;
- Attempts to compromise website security.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
21. Acceptable Use of the Website

- Text;
- Product descriptions;
- Photographs;
- Graphics;
- Logos;
- Design elements;
- Website layout;
- Software and other materials
is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with your shopping activities.
Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of website content without authorization is prohibited where protected by law.
23. Product Reviews and User Content
If our website allows customers to submit reviews, comments, photographs or other content, you must ensure that such content:
- Is truthful and not misleading;
- Does not violate applicable law;
- Does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights;
- Does not contain unlawful or offensive material;
- Does not contain malicious code;
- Does not unlawfully disclose another person’s personal data.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates applicable law or these requirements.
We do not remove genuine negative reviews solely because they are negative.
24. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website available and functional, but continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- Maintenance;
- Technical problems;
- Security incidents;
- Server or hosting issues;
- Internet disruptions;
- Force majeure events.
Temporary website unavailability does not affect already concluded purchase contracts or mandatory consumer rights.
25. Third-Party Services
Our website may integrate third-party services, including payment providers, delivery services, hosting providers, analytics services and other technical providers.
Third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
Where applicable, information regarding personal data processing by third parties is provided in our Privacy Policy.
26. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from:
- Intentional or grossly negligent conduct;
- Injury to life, body or health caused by negligent or intentional breach of duty;
- Mandatory statutory liability;
- Liability under applicable product liability laws;
- Other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
For other forms of liability, the applicable statutory provisions shall apply.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict liability where such exclusion or restriction is prohibited by applicable German or European law.
27. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits mandatory consumer protection rights.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with mandatory consumer law applicable to you, the mandatory legal provisions shall prevail.
Consumers retain all statutory rights concerning:
- Defective goods;
- Withdrawal;
- Refunds;
- Delivery;
- Consumer guarantees;
- Other rights granted by applicable law.
28. Applicable Law
German law applies to these Terms and Conditions, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the country where the consumer has their habitual residence.
This means that consumers residing in another EU Member State may continue to benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of that Member State where applicable.
29. Jurisdiction
For consumers, statutory rules concerning jurisdiction apply.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions requires a consumer to bring proceedings exclusively before a German court where applicable law provides the consumer with another competent forum.
For business customers, statutory jurisdiction rules and any separately agreed jurisdiction provisions may apply to the extent legally permissible.
30. Alternative Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve customer complaints directly and amicably whenever possible.
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first:
Email: aboutus@taporcu.store
We will review your concern and attempt to find an appropriate solution.
Where applicable, consumers may also have access to alternative dispute resolution procedures under the laws of their country of residence.
31. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected to the extent permitted by law.
The invalid provision shall be replaced or interpreted in accordance with the applicable statutory provision and the original purpose of the provision to the extent legally possible.
32. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect:
- Changes in our services;
- Changes in our business operations;
- Changes in applicable laws;
- Changes to payment or delivery services;
- Other legitimate operational requirements.
The version applicable at the time of your order will generally govern that purchase, subject to mandatory law.
The current version will always be made available on our website.
